Copyright Board of Canada: Contact the Board about obtaining a license for use if a copyright owner cannot be located
Copyright Collective Societies: Links to collectives, such as SOCAN and Access Copyright, that administer rights of multiple copyright owners. These may be empowered to grant permissions and set conditions for use.
FOB (Firms Out of Business): Information about printing and publishing firms, magazines, literary agencies and similar organisations that are no longer in existence. May identify successor organisations that own surviving rights.
